Payment for Room Accommodation:

When assigning payment links for room accommodation through Parcy, follow these steps for a smooth process:

1. Hotel Selection:
- From the dropdown menu, choose one of the available hotels from your accommodation contingency. This ensures accuracy in booking the desired lodging.

2. Room Type Selection:
- Once you've selected the hotel, you'll be prompted to choose the type of room from those available and linked to the selected hotel. This allows guests to specify their accommodation preferences.

3. Check-in and Check-out Dates:
- Specify the check-in and check-out dates for the guest's stay. This ensures proper reservation scheduling.

4. Mark as Extra Night Option:
- Use the "Mark as Extra Night" option if the selected nights fall outside the basic dates provided by the event organization. This helps in maintaining accurate records and billing.

5. Cost Calculation and Modification:
- The system automatically calculates the costs of the chosen room based on the price list entered in the Accommodation section of the selected hotel.
- You can confirm the calculated cost or override it at the payment link level. It's important to note that modifying the cost at this level won't affect the base cost indicated on the room accommodation section.


6. Payment Options:
- Select the type of payment the guest can choose from: credit card and/or bank transfer. Offering multiple payment options enhances convenience for guests.

7. Assigning Travel Route (Optional):
- If applicable, select "Add the entries for this payment to the attendee's travel route" to assign the route to the guest. If the route hasn't been created in the travel section, it will be generated at that moment.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage payments for room accommodation, provide guests with customizable options, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
