How to Manage Tasks & Planning

With Parcy, you can easily create tasks and assign them to your attendees in a matter of minutes. In this article, you will learn how to create tasks and plan your event with your team members.

To start, jump inside your event and select "Tasks". Here you will see your lists, calendar, and timeline with your tasks.

Begin by clicking on "Add Task", where it will then ask you to fill out the information shown below.

Click "Add Task" once you complete filling out the information. You will then see the status of the task, the due date, and who it is assigned to. You can edit this task or delete it by clicking on the three buttons on the right side of the task.

This is a great way to plan and manage your In-person events as you decide to book vendors, buy the food, or anything else you need to assign tasks to your team members! 🤓
