Downloading The App

To start, search the Parcy app on either the App Store or Google Play. For this example below, we searched Parcy on the app store.

Once you download the app, open the app where you will be taken to a page asking to sign in as shown below.

To log in to Parcy App, you need to scan the QR Code on the Overview area of your event on your desktop computer. Begin by going into your event, and selecting the "Overview" section on the left-hand side of your screen. There you will see a "Mobile Login" button on the top right-hand side of your screen, click on it.

Here you will see a pop-up taking you through the steps of using the Parcy Mobile App. Follow the instructions to log into your event on your Parcy App.

Once you scan the QR Code, you are asked to enter your Operator's name. Type in the operator's name for your event.

If you've got a bunch of different filters applied, and you want separate reports for each filter, this option will do just that. Archive an Event

Once you are on your event dashboard, click on the event you want to archive. After that, it redirects you to inside your event. By clicking on the options menu, a dropdown will appear where you can choose among other actions, 'Archive Event.'

The system will ask for confirmation.

Restore an Archived Event

In order to restore an archived event, you need to click the Settings icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

When you reach general settings, click on the tab that says, "Archived Events". Within this tab, you see all of the events you have archived. Click "Restore Event" to the event you want to restore. A pop-up form appears to double-check if you want to restore your event. Choose "Yes, restore it".

Your archived event is now restored back onto your event dashboard! No more stress if you archived an event and want to bring it back. 😎

To start, go inside of your event and select the lightning bolt icon on the left-hand side of your screen.

Click on the icon, and it will redirect you to the Integration page. Here is where you will connect Parcy with any of the 4,000+ CRMs that you want.

Let's use Google Sheets as an example. Select Google Sheets and a button appears asking you if you want to create your own workflow with Parcy + Google Sheets.

Click on it. You are redirected to Zapier's page where you will connect Parcy + Google Sheets.

Click Connect Parcy + Google Sheets. Name your Zap, select your Parcy account and click continue.

After that, find your event and attendee list that you want to match your trigger with then hit continue.
