Using Parcy, you can build and edit email templates to your liking. Once you are in the event’s dashboard, click on “Email Campaigns” on the left menu and choose “Templates” from the drop-down menu.

Click on “Create New Template”. Fill out the template name you want, and then choose your template model. Click “Create Template” to start building your email.

Your email template is now ready, start building out your email template by deciding how you want to layout your email using the “Columns” feature by dragging and dropping.

Decide if you want to add a “Button” to your email for your attendees to access a URL link.

Add an “Image” to insert your logo or image of choice for your email template.

Depending upon the email template, choose the “RSVP” button for attendees to access the registration and live-streaming page. Insert the text of choice based upon if you want attendees to register for the event or join the event. This button automatically detects the attendee's status.

For all In-person or Hybrid events, drag and drop the “QR code” icon into your email template.

After you created your email, and you like what you see, click “Save” on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Once you have an email template set up and you want to edit it; click back on “Templates”, and click on your email draft to begin editing.

Your email templates are all finished! Keep in mind to always save. 😄
